iPhone iOS 7.1 Bold too bold?

Dont you feel that the Bold option in (General / Accessibility) too be tooo Bold, making the keyboard damn uggly ?

Yes, I turned OFF the bold text and am much happier with the keyboard. And, turning it off has not affected the rest of the look so that's good.

I did just that. But unlike in 7.0.6 (where it was selected to On) the Bold is way too bold for my taste.. Back to unBold

Agreed. It is bold times 5 now.

The bold didn't really apply to the keyboard before, but most of the other items, with iOS 7.1 they made it apply across the board to the keyboard and various other elements (plus the regular keyboard is using a slightly thicker font in iOS 7.1 too).
