FYI. If you didn't make it there while the signing window was open, you're stuck until the next jailbreak is released.

Like all good things, this too had to come to an end. :-(

Hopefully 8.2 comes out soon and hopefully a JB tool right after to turn that frown upside down.

I had to swap my phone this morning. Breathed a sigh of relief when it came with 8.1.2 installed!

My phone came loaded with 8.1.1 and I updated to 8.1.2 over wifi and left it there.

Did I miss the JB boat?

I'm pretty sure my folks OTA'd because they had launch day devices and they were on 8.0.2 when I pangu'd them.

Good luck! Ymmv

You can JB with OTA updates, HOWEVER, it is generally known to cause more bugs than normal with various tweaks installed.

I'm officially installing nothing new until the next jailbreak. I've only got the bare minimum I need and I'm staying at that for now, no more trying tweaks out!

Thanks everyone. I just JB'd my iPad air 2 on 8.1.2 that had an OTA update.

Working good so far. I'll give it a little time before I try it on my phone
