iOS 8.3 with no Apple Watch App?

I have an iPhone 6 and recently bought an apple watch, but I can't seem to find the apple watch app. I would update but I do not want to lose my jailbreak. I was pretty sure that iOS 8.3 came with the apple watch app? If it does would it be an option to restore my phone and rejailbreak it so that the app would popup? Or if I restore my phone would I be forced to update to the latest iOS? So what I am asking is is the apple watch app supposed to be on iOS 8.3? And if it is can I restore my phone and rejailbreak it on iOS 8.3 or would I be prompted to upgrade to the latest version of iOS?
