Running the iOS 9.1 beta 3 on my iPhone 6. Everything has been working great so far, apart from this.
My icon images are dissapearing. It has happened twice so far, first with the phone app and now with the safari app. Both of them were not gone at the same time though, first the phone app dissapeared AND came back after a couple of weeks, and then the safari icon dissapeared and is still gone. You can see what it looks like in the image i attached.
Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know what causes it? And how do you fix it?
