iOS 9.2 Siri Bug?

Just checking to see if it's just me, but Siri or Voice text doesn't work on my iPhone 6 Plus. I hard reset it and redownloaded the software and it still doesn't work. Is anyone else having this problem

Settings > General > Siri. Is Siri turned on?
