iPhone iOS 9.3.1 is slow on iPhone 6s Plus

Hello every one. So I installed iOS9.3.1 update 35Mb. But for suprise my iPhone is slow like iOS 9 on iPhone 4s. Everything opening slow. UI animation is laggy. Anyone else happen with your phone. Free space on my iPhone is 47Gb.

Ive installed on iPhone 6 with 62gb free and experiencing lag issues when keyboards pops up and apps are opening. Was impressed at iOS9.3 as the device and all older devices are like brand new and this update has ruined it
