Let me explain. Live Photos ARE syncing from my iPhone 6S to my other devices though iCloud Photo Library. However, I cannot see the "animation" in my iPad Air 2, only the "plain" image. This doesn't happen on OS X, where I can see the animations just fine.
Also, note that if I send the image through airdrop I can see the animation just fine on the iPad. So it appears to be a problem with iCloud Photo Library syncing.
In addition, when trying to edit live photos on the iPad I get an error with iCloud Photo Library.

Anybody else having this problem?
