On older versions of iOS (7 and 8) when you blocked someone they would be sent to VM after one ring and with messages if they had an iPhone it would just show as blue but would never displayed "delivered"
If someone blocks you in iOS 9, I have read that it will display "delivered" but the message will never actually get to them...is this true? I haven't been able to test it on any of my friends' phones, but I am just curious.
