Just a heads up to anyone using iOS 8.
Was writing a message this morning and it randomly turned itself off. Turn it back on and it is having to be activated again. It's saying that it cant reach the activation servers at the moment, I'll have to do a restore tonight.

EDIT: Connected to wifi and it's now fixed!
