iOS iMovie video size

So, i recorded and edited a short 3.5 minute video on my iPhone 7 (1080p @ 60fps) on imovie. It came out at roughly 400 gb witch obviously is too large to share etc.

Any ideas on software or tricks to reduce the file size without loosing too much quality?
