Briefly, very specific question:

Mac Photos App: Can select 1 or more photos and from the top menu, can edit the Location, Time Stamp, Date, Time Zone etc., so-called MetaData.

IPad Photos App: Can’t find how/where to do this? Is there support for metadata changes to photo(s) on PHOTOS iPad App?

Much appreciated ,
Have a GREAT FRIDAY,
Paul

It doesn’t seem to be possible using the built-in Photos app, which seems a strange omission. The only way I’ve found to change time and location on iOS is using an app called Metapho.

No connection, just a satisfied user.

It can be done in Photos for Mac in several ways. I'm not aware of a method for adjusting date/time or other metadata in the iOS and ipadOS apps.

Mac:

Image menu > Adjust Date & Time...
or open the Info window (Info button in Tool bar or right-click on image > Get Info) then double-click on the date/time to open Adjust Date & Time...

If you select multiple images and then choose Image > Adjust Date & Time... it allows you to adjust the date/time of the first image in the sequence and the rest will be "adjusted accordingly"
