ios : priorize best coverage instead of most recent technology

Id like to know if you could recommend me a way to bind on 2G or 3G only (not prefered) my iphone7

im in about 8-10 different areas over the week, phones concerned are not volte nor 5G compatible, and Id love to find a way to set "simlpy" in "one click" that kind of switch, without having to browse deeply in menus..
