Hey guys,
cause of the security problems we had to disable all Active Sync for all devices below 13.5.
Now after releasing, newer models with updatet ios 13.5 are reporting correctly and receiving mails again.
But older, for example iphone SE - updatet to 13.5 are still listed and connecting with version 13.4.1 to the exchange.
It seems, that there is some kind of decting issue.
maybe you have any clue on this
