iPhone iOS12 updates for iOS13 compatible device?

Just wondering, does anyone know of a way to get the iOS 12 updates (eg 12.4.6) for a device that supports iOS 13, but which I don't want to install iOS 13 on?

It's a really garbage situation to be in, to have to choose between running an older, insecure iOS version, or a (still quite) buggy new version, that we now find out has a serious VPN-related security bug.

There's no way. Apple doesn't release interim OS versions like that.

Not possible, your stuck on whatever version of iOS12 you're using.
