I have an iphone xs and ios14 won’t show up in my software update tab in settings. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Have you ever downloaded beta developer profile? This may be the reason. If yes, you should remove the profile in Settings.

If not, you should contact to Apple Support. This is my suggestion. Because i’ve never encountered an issue like this.

what murad_fourth said about the beta profile; settings>general>profile, "remove".
