iPhone 11 Pro iOS14 iPhone email reset

I've searched. Can't find the answer - at least relating to iOS 14. My email is all screwed up. I need to reset to default. Easy on iOS 13, but how do I do it on iOS 14?

A total reset can help sometimes. Especially when lots of sync problems to occur when using iTunes to sync your phone.
