IOS17 - FaceID Not Working (lower/raise camera issue)

FaceID not working for any apps or even unlocking my Home Screen so I rebooted it, still didn’t work, and then reset faceID and after trying to reset it now it’s just saying to lower/raise camera and going in and out of focus, not letting me set it back up. Just installed IOS17 earlier this week so not sure what the issue is.

Was told by Apple support it’s a hardware issue and that I’ll have to take my phone in to a store to have it looked at… perfect
