Does the iPad 10 have a screen that can cause eye strain and headaches like PWM because I suffer from that with modern phones, I am struggling with headaches when I use it.

My phone is fine because it’s an SE3.

The ipad 10 uses an LCD display just like your SE3, so you should not suffer any PWM symptoms. I get PWM induced headaches as well, but no issues with my ipad air 3 and 4 (LCD). With my OLED iphones though, i need to keep the brightness at least 50%, as below this is when the flickering starts.
