iPad iPad 3 4G iTunes error 9

OK... I'm in big problem! My iPad is in boot loop, I can enter recovery and DFU, but when I try to restore i get itunes error 9. I turned my firewall and antivirus off, edited the hosts file, change seceral PC's and usb's and still can't get to restore.
iTunes prepares iPad, iPad start to restore, immediately restarts showing "connect to itunes" logo.
Can someone help me whit this?

Might be a hardware issue.

I'd bring it to a repair place or apple to have it checked out.

Does your tablet have a case installed? it may be interfering with the cable making it loose or something. Or check if theres any lint in there.

No, I don't have a case... I can't take it to the Apple store because my country does not have one.. I bought my iPad in other country..
