Has anyone pre-orderered either an iPad Air 2 or an iPad mini 3 from Verizon and received it yet? Did it/they come with Apple SIM pre-loaded in the box or did it come all ready to go with the Verizon SIM in tow? Just curious as to how that would work given that Verizon is not in Apple SIM's supported list of carriers and given that I'd imagine Verizon would probably not want to force their customers to swap SIMs.
