My iPad Air 3 became unresponsive after an update to iPadOS 13.6. It sometimes doesn’t respond to my touch input, and there is frequent lag when scrolling a page . The general loading speed is noticeably slower than that on 13.5.1.
Afterwards, I put my iPad into DFU mode and did a full restore without backup. The problem still exists. Hence, I downgraded my iPadOS back to iPadOS 13.5.1, and those performance problem disappeared.
And then, I re-did the upgrade and downgrade between 13.6 and 13.5.1. I found that the performance issues are confined to 13.6 on my iPad.
So far has anyone experienced any performance issues on iPadOS or iOS 13.6?

Sorry to hear this is happening on your iPad. I'd be concerned too if it happened on mine, but my 2018 iPP 12.9 is behaving well on 13.6. Hope some other iPad 3 owners will chime in.

I’m having the exact same issue with an iPad Pro 10.5. I hope apple fixes this. I’m glad at least that it’s not a hardware issue.
Same here. I am now using iPad OS 13.5.1 right now. It’s butter smooth.

It might be due to other factors, like icloud. The icloud got problems during upgrade. It happened to me when updating to 13.1 version. I solved it by factory reset and sync icloud from beginning.
