When i connecting them via hdmi-hdmi with ugreen hub i get black bars view.
Have any chance to get full screen view?

I’d suggest trying USB-C or Display Port if your monitor supports either of them. I had a similar issue with HDMI through a dock and switching to Display Port worked for me.

I don't have usb-c in monitor but i have display port.
Ok should it be DP to DP or DP to HDMI is ok?

DP to DP might keep best resolution when HDMI to DP might cut it.
Had similar story with old MacBook from late 2011 where minidp-DP allowed to get way better resolutions on 34 ultra wide from Samsung (flat one)

Yes, I’d suggest DP (monitor) to DP (dock adapter). As @addamas said, I believe DP supports more resolutions and refresh rates.
