Ipad Capture App

Hey guys, I need your help. I recently recorded a lecture video with the capture app which is almost 2 hours long. Before I used to divide the lecture into two halves and the app sent the two videos to the camera roll. Now, however I did not divide the video and for some reason I cannot locate it in my camera roll. The only thing I can do is watch the video through the app itself and upload it directly to youtube. However, it keeps saying preparing to upload for a long time... Whay should I do?
