Hi, some time ago I was gifted an old iPad mini - running 9.3.5.
I'm running Monterey on an m1 machine, and while it sees the iPad when connected, the app store iPhone/iPad section only installs apps to my actual laptop.
Is it possible to download an app for the laptop, and then hope that the iPad can 'download old version that works', or is this perfectly working device now basically dead due to no software support?

Edit: solved. had to go hunting in descriptions in new (and different looking since the last time i was there) app area.
