iPad find my widget shows location but app does not

Hello.

I can see the location of my selected contact in the find my widget on my iPad Home Screen. However when I tap to open the app it says ‘no location found’ for all 4 of my family members who share their location with me. I can see their location on my iPhone.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
