iPad iPad Folio Case with Pen & Business Card Holder

Hello,

I recently received a new iPad for work (version 3) and I'm looking for a Folio case that has the following:

Tight fit for iPad
Pen Holder
Business Card Holder
Ability to change into vertical and horizontal stand

Any help would be greatly apprecaited. Thanks.

i can think of cases that fit three of the four criterias but not all four. Is there any of these criterias you're willing to compromise on?

For example the Ozaki Icoat Slim series has a pen holder in the back that can fit a pen or stylus, ability to change into landscape or portrait, and seems to be a tight fit.. but no business card holder slot..
Some of those wooden book style cases you see tend to have the ability to do a horizontal stand, pen holders and business card holders but can't do vertical.. such as the Targus Business folio which has a place for business cards and a pen, but no vertical.

maybe someone here might know a folio that has all the features..
