So I ordered new iPad but wifi and then decided go ceullular from o2 uk. It’s preparing to shop so won’t refund. It was 1 grand store credit I googled a restocking fee of 15% would this apply? If so I can cancel the contract but I am finding it hard to cancel with o2 any tips?

Apple doesn’t charge a restocking fee in the uk; you have 14 days from receipt to return it without charge.
