iPad iPad Mini safari bug? scrolls past bottom of page

I dont remember this being on the betas. Is anyone elses like this when you scroll too far to the bottom of the page? i noticed on the iphone 5, it doesnt do this, and it properly rubberbands back to where it should. then when you swipe back a page, you can see the outline of the top sheet. also, when you scroll in, theres that stupid line in the middle of the page. they fixed that in previous betas, but it looks like its back.

guess i need to take my own advice. a hard reboot fixed all three bugs. after a fresh OS install and normal reboots, i guess that wasnt good enough. oh well. its all working fine now.
