Does anyone else find that the Apple Smart Cover doesn't fit "perfectly" over the Mini? What I mean by that is that the smart cover alone slides around and doesn't fit perfectly and securely over the Mini. I noticed that it's due to the extra material that's between the magnet and where the smart cover starts.

When combined with the silicone case the it's a perfect fit, but it feels like the Smart Cover was made to go perfectly wth the Silicone Case. Has this happened to anyone else?

I hope that his makes sense. Thanks for reading.

I was going to say no, I hadn't noticed a fit problem, but kept on reading and possibly your second paragraph explains what's going on (or not going on) since I'm using the cover with the case.

Yep, I bought the cover first and noticed the overhang then when I got the back case it made sense. They are both great items but very overpriced...

Cool. At least I know that it wasn't just me or the smart cover that I got.
