Looks like Apple has dropped support for the Mini 2 & Mini 3 with iOS 13. Good thing I have a Mini 4. But that may be dropped next year unfortunately. This is a shame since I just installed a new digitizer.

It’s about time. I have the mini 2, and although iOS 12 helped, it’s still gasping for air. It’s overdue to be dropped.
Interesting that the mini 4 survived, despite the iPhone 6/6 Plus being dropped.

It probably has to do with the forking of iOS to iPad OS. With app sizes and load times shrinking under iPad OS, the Mini 4 probably will run better than it is now under iOS 12.

Maybe when I needed to replace my digitizer I should have bought the Mini 5 instead.
