I believe i have had this issue for a while now not just purely on 11.4 but previous 11 versions. Basically the dock folders have this choppy animation and completely go away for a second when trying to do it fast. Anyone else getting this issue?
Anyways here is the screen recording of the problem, not the biggest deal but i dont have this problem on my other devices.
