I've got an older iPad running 11.4.1 and basically use it as a music practice device. I have a couple playlists synced to it, but if I open the Music app and pick the "songs" view, it appears to show every single song in my iTunes library, with most of them being greyed out as they are not on my iPad. It's not a huge deal, but if I want to just shuffle the songs that are on my iPad, it goes through all of those greyed out songs as well, and just pauses for a few seconds before skipping it.

My iPhone doesn't seem to do this, as if I shuffle all songs on my phone, it only shows and tries to play the songs that are actually on the device.

Has anyone else encountered this?
