Im trying to update my mothers iPad Air 2. Everytime it gets stuck on 'verifying update' I've tried hard resetting it multiple times, deleted the update and re downloaded it, and its still just sits on verifying update until it fails. I haven't tried plugging it in to my mac and updating it that way yet purely because I don't want to risk overriding her data with mine.
