Hi there,

I have a Logitech Bluetooth te I bet connected to my sound system. I’m then using my iPad to connect and play music. The iPad is running iOS16 and is 6th Gen Mini.

When I use the volume keys to turn the music down to the lowest, there is still music playing through the sound system. Why is this happening?

Most likely a software bug or the speakers are incompatible… that’s my guess.
