This started with the update to iOS 13. Didn't do this before. If I get a call, it rings on the iPad. When I answer on the phone, it continues to reverberate (just repeat the last tones but crazily) without cessation until I unplug the iPad. If the iPad is not plugged in when the call comes in, it works fine.

I was told I wasn't using a real Apple charger, but I made sure. It's not the problem. I have tried it plugged in directly to USB. It makes no difference.

I have checked every setting. I know I could disable calling and FaceTime, but I don't want to do so. I thought about disabling the ringer on the iPad but cannot find any way to do that. It works fine on my iMac, but not on the iPad. All have the latest iOS and iPadOS and MacOS.
