iPad iPadOS 13.4 : How to remove or open Widgets window

Hi there,

I've got a question for you all....
Since I got iPadOS 13.4 installed on my iPad Pro 12.9 i tried to get the widgets window to appear with my mouse (no magic mouse !) but nothing happens while before i could drag it in the screen.
Been at it for some time but no luck so does anyone have the solution ?? :)
