I noticed one of my lenses has cracked yet my new phone has never been dropped in it's life. It is also kept in a otterbox case. Looks like this is becoming a issue with numerous users. If you have had this problem, I encourage you to report it so that maybe apple will acknowledge that there is a possible problem. See below for thread.

Can you post a picture? Also, in the article you linked, the OP is talking about iPhone 11 Pro with its three cameras used without a case. The thread is quite big, however, and now includes iPhone 11 too, used with or without cases. Sounds strange, as in their publicity for 11 Apple specifically make a point that iPhone 11 is made to withstand accidental life bumps. Perhaps a faulty glass batch for the cameras?
