Interesting, the Geekbench scores for iPhone12,3 suggest otherwise. Hmmm...

I will submit this thread to MacRumors.

The geekbench scores also showed no performance increases from an XS which doesn’t tally up with what Apple said.

No proof that benchmark was legit.

The benchmark you mention was an old one, and for iPhone12,1, which should be iPhone 11 anyway. Newer benchmarks for iPhone12,3 have since been posted. This should be iPhone 11 Pro.

They show significantly higher Geekbench multicore scores, but similar single core scores. However, both sets of scores for the two devices show 4 GB.

How reliable is Steve H.McFly?

I have submitted this thread to MacRumors. Perhaps they can sort this all out.

He’s pretty much leaked most new devices including the iPhone 11 Pro way in advanced, he’s reliable.

McFly has just double led down on his 6GB prediction, although he does say "we'll see". Some are suggesting 6GB will be with the 512GB storage. One theory I find credible is like other devices, Apple increases memory when they add CPUs on the SoC, which could point to more ram this year.

That screengrab is 6 GB with 64 GB.

Hell if they come in at 6GB, I might upgrade both my wife’s phone and mine to the 11 Pro. The camera upgrades and that much RAM would allow for incredible performance for years. We generally keep phones 2-3 years.
