Just received my new iPhone 11 Pro there less than a week ago. When using the phone I’ve noticed that the internet connection will stop working, for instance if I am playing music on Apple Music, it will just stop working even though I have a good internet connection but if I go to another app and try load something up, it will work but then when I go back to Apple Music it’s still loading even though I’ve got a good connection. This happens with loads of other apps.

It’s really difficult to explain.
I mainly use mobile data but the problem happened when I was using WiFi the other day.

I have reset the network settings, taken the SIM card out and put it back in again but I’m having no luck.
I have updated my software to the newest version but I’m still having the same problem.

Does this sound like a hardware or software issue?

Is this happening with anyone else’s iPhone?
