So I just got the new iPhone 14 Pro, first it will not do the quick set up as the iPhone 14 pro is stuck on "Preparing to transfer" and then nothing happens. (I even updated it to 16.0.1)
So I tried to back up my iPhone 11 Pro with iCloud. I have the 2TB tier because my iPhone has over 250gb of used storage.
Whenever I try to back up to iCloud all I get is "estimating time remaining" and the blue progress bar never moves and it will eventually stop backing up on its own.
Whenever I try to back up on my Mac I just gets stuck on the white and gray "Preparing to back up".
What else can I try? I have already signed out of iCloud and signed back in, I have already reset network settings, etc.
Are there any programs that will force the phone to back up? Or anything??
