At this point you’ve got to wait. I mean honestly. You have the XR. The difference you’ll notice will be very negligible. Even if the storage is filling up fast you only have a few months.

My plan is to wait until the 12 comes out, the prices of the 11 Pro's should go down and then buy one of those. Unless there is some *MUST HAVE* feature I can't live without. I'd just like a wide angled lens.

Definitely wait… you'd barely see any difference between your Xr and the 11 anyway. If storage space is the issue, pay for a bigger iCloud plan for a couple of months and offload stuff you don't need on a daily basis.

It depends if you really want an new iPhone right now

I just got the 11 pro max earlier this month and I knew the new phone was coming out but I really wanted a new phone now

Apple products don’t get old or past down too quickly the 11 pro max will still be relevant in spec wise and feature wise for a while but if you can then waiting would be good

I migrated from a 6s

I made the choice to return my phone; wait for the 12 and either get a 256 pro max cheaper, or a 12.
The thing to consider is the 12 PROs have 128gb min vs 64 currently, which is huge.

I’m like you and ready to buy a new iPhone and also switch carriers. I already have my money saved up. I would say we wait and see what Apple puts out this fall and make a decision from there.
