iPhone 11 Pro iPhone 12 Pro rattle

Hey all,

My iPhone 12 Pro makes a very faint rattling sound when I shake. I have to hold it right up to my ear to hear it, and I'm assuming it's the camera (as has been the case in previous iPhones), but can anyone else confirm/deny? It's a very faint sound, so you need to check for it in a quiet room.

I don't get the same thing with my iPhone 12 Pro Max, but that might make sense, what with the different cameras an' all.

Does this ALWAYS have to happen when someone just asks a question out of general interest? Yes, my phone's working as intended, and I know I have nothing to 'worry about'. I'm just wondering if it's normal.

This has been discussed for many generations of iPhones. This isn’t only specific on the 12 Pro. But ok tho keep shaking that phone in a silent room listening for that rattle.

Oh phewh. Was playing a game that said shake phone when I heard the rattle too. Thought something in my 12pro was broken because my colleague knocked my phone off the table.
