My iPhone 12 Pro doesn't seem to Auto-Lock. If I use it and put it down without locking the screen, the screens stays fully illuminated indefinitely. I've tried several time settings for Auto-Lock but none seem to have any effect.
Additionally, most notifications that arrive will illuminate the screen and keep it illuminated until I press the sleep button to turn the screen off. This means that the screen is illuminated all night, as any notifications that come in while I'm sleeping activate the screen and keep it on until I turn it off in the morning.
I've tried restarts and hard resets- please help!
