iPhone 13 Pro Max iPhone 13 Pro Max video blown out on Apple TV 4K (2nd gen)

Whenever I try to watch my videos I shot on my iPhone 13 Pro Max (yes it’s 4K60 Dolby Vision HDR), they are blown out and look absolutely awful, even though my Apple TV is set to support 4K60 Dolby Vision. Is there a way to fix this? AirPlaying is also pretty awful (actually, even worse) cause it’s very pixelated and blown out

What type of video? ProRES? Do you have steady hands?

No it’s just regular Dolby Vision 4K60 HDR in HEVC. ProRes is limited to 4K30. I specifically said I was recording 4K60

No it’s not about blurring. It’s blown out
