Bought 4 months ago. Battery health at 98%.
I started to use magsafe charger 2 months ago. And i believe it is dropped because of magsafe. Because before 13 PM, i was using XS Max for 3 years. It didn't dropped to 99 even after 18 months of usage.

I've been using Magsafe (official from Apple) since I bought the phone 6 months ago. Still at 100%.

Bought 31st October. Still 100%.

No specific charging routine but never charge overnight (just because the battery is so good). Top up whenever I’m in the car using a MagSafe car mount (or direct via Lightning cable) and just plug in at home or the office when I need to during the day if I’ve used it heavily.

I rarely (if ever) let the battery drop below 40% just because I’m always close to a charger.

Launch day 100%

I charge when I want. I don’t pay much attention to what charge level it’s at. I mostly charge over night via lightning, but I often will charge it on the MagSafe too whenever it’s convenient. Often enough I will charge every other day depending on my use. It’s maybe 70% wired charging 30% MagSafe.

Whenever I’m in my car listening to Apple Music, my car is charging my phone too.

My iPhone 13 pro max was bought in Oct and health is 100%. I know I don't use it as much as the average Joe but I do go to Facebook, Twitter, etc and I send and receive texts and emails and make photos with it. The thing is after a day of using, before I put on the charger I look to see how much battery is left and I rarely see less than 90% charge left. It must have a very large battery in it.

92% moderate use. However, coconut battery and every other battery program say I’m at 100%. So who knows?

I’d be happy with 98%. Usually within a year you can’t do much to hurt your phone outside of heat (leaving it in the sun etc). A lot of the people with 100% are that way because of over provisioned batteries. Batteries also don’t drop consistently. Could fall faster or slower and stay at a % for years.

100% launch day

No real rhythm to my charging, I keep it on a MagSafe if im at my desk for 2-4 hours each day, if I’m not it doesn’t get charged daytime and on a MagSafe each night without fail.

You might be onto something here. My 13 Pro Max had been at 100% since launch. However, about 2 months ago I bought and started using a MagSafe charger with it. Now it’s down to 97%. If it’s a coincidence, it’s a weird one.

I’d been using MagSafe with 20W as one of my charging methods for the last 6 months and mine’s still at 102.8%. So I think it’s just a coincidence.

Guys the battery health depends more about the characteristic of a specific battery that you get than any habits. You can get lucky and have one and have it remain at 100%. While then on your next iPhone you can have one battery and have that get to 90% on a year even if you take care of it the same way. MagSafe, 5W vs 20W, etc. that’s all circumstantial.
