Joz briefly mentioned that the iPhone 14 Pro has even thinner borders now, but it looks the same to me.

The screen display with the new iPhone is 6.12 in, and the old iPhone is 6.06 in.

Also the new iPhone is taller with 147.5 mm, whereas the old iPhone is just 146.7 mm.

So it seems like the iPhone got taller to accommodate the pill even more? Not sure what Joz meant by this! The borders look no different!

The width of the devices is the same on both iPhones, which means landscape content like videos won't appear slightly bigger, unless they reduce the bezels as Joz mentioned. He said we get more active area, and measurement is diagonal so surely the actual display is bigger, therefore the borders have actually shrunk?? 😵‍💫

Phone width is the same with 9 extra pixels and the same PPI meaning the bezels are marginally thinner. 24 extra pixels in the vertical direction
