Evening all,

My iPhone 15 plus has started making occasional popping sounds. It happens very randomly, at first I thought it was the case moving against the phone slightly but it’s done it with the case removed.

It’s not loud, but has started to be very annoying. It’s like a little “crack” or “pop” sound every so often, just one at a time.

It’s really hard to describe, at first I thought it might be the Taptic Engine, now I’m wondering if it’s coming from the speaker.

I’m wondering if this is a hardware problem or maybe a software issue related to the speakers?

Has anyone else had this issue?
