By far - it is their own fault this time too - maybe getting too cocky, but they should have had the sense to know they needed more servers, better systems etc for a launch like this - especially when stupidly launching everything on the same day which most sensible companies don't do.

Please stop creating new threads when there are plenty of existing ones already — including a sticky — to discuss the perceived failures of this launch.
