My iPhone 4 never syncs automatically when it is connected to my Mac via the Dock Connector to USB adaptor. I have "Open iTunes when this iPhone is connected" disabled (shouldn't matter, right?) and "Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically" disabled. I have to press "sync" every time instead of it just syncing when I connect it.
With the same settings, my iPhone 1 always syncs automatically. Does anyone know what is going on? Searching on Google gives me people complaining about iCloud or wifi syncing. Also, my mom has the same issue on her 4S.
