IPhone 5(Ios10) apps not working properly

Hi, I've been noticing that my iPhone 5 in some apps not responding to gesture /touch but I can go back to the home screen

Ive experienced the issue with Instagram(viewing story), YouTube ( watching video in landscape)

I've no way to escape out of Instagram story and had to restart it

For YouTube, the video freezes(can't press play/pause) rotating my iPhone 5 to portrait works and was able to scroll in the YouTube app
